The test … continue[s] to be of immense value in strengthening the ministry partnership between our Curates and Training incumbents. Through this shared learning, we see the fruits of collaboration and mutual support that enrich our common vocation in Christ’s service.

The FSP helped our church group see how an individual’s main style might change in times of duress. As a group we also enjoyed discovering which colleagues had kindred tendencies and understanding why we respond so differently to situations. I personally benefited from seeing that I embody two styles... that I have to harmonize.
